Plastic Injection Magnets


Injection molded NdFeB magnets are made of fast hardening ferrite powder, NdFeB powder and adhesive mixed by "injection molding", which can be made into magnetic components with complex shapes and can be injected with other components during molding. It has unique advantages in the preparation of thin-walled, complex-shaped, spoke-oriented, high-precision magnets and integrated combination molding, as well as high material utilization and high production efficiency; it plays a key role in the miniaturization, lightweighting, compounding, efficiency and energy saving of electronic components.
